Saag Kofta

Ingredients Mince meat -1/2 kg For the Qofte Bhunay Chanay (chilay huay)- 2tbsp Clove (long)-4 White Cumin (Safaid Zeera)-1tsp Onion (chopped)-2 Coriander (chopped)-1 bunch Ginger -1/2tsp KhashKhash -1tsp Black pepper (whole)-8 Black Cumin -1tsp Pieces of Brea d-2 Green Chili (chopped)-3 For Gravy (Salan k liyeh) Spinach (Palak)-1/2 kg Fenugreek leaves (Methi k pattay)-some leaves Turmeric -1tsp Onion (chopped)-2 Garam Masala Powde r-1tsp Oil -1 cup Soya -2 bunch Red chili (ground)-1tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste-1tbsp Butter -1tbsp Salt - as required Green Chili -4 Method For the preparing of Qofte take all the ingredients. Now chop it in a chopper. Add Green Masala and onion. Take them a round shape and fry it in a little amount of oil. Fenugreek leaves, soya leave it in water for 1/2 an hour. After that remove it from the water. Now put fenugreek leaves and soya in a bowl and cook it until water evaporate. Then blend it. Take oil, Heat up oil. Put

Vegetables Cutlets

Ingredients Potatoes-1kg Boiled without skin (Mashed) Peas-1 cup Carrot-3 Broad Beans (sem ki phali)-1 cup (chopped) cauliflower-1 (separate flowers) Green chili-4 chopped Coriander-1bunch Mint leaves-1bunch mustard seeds (grind)-1/2tbsp black pepper-1tbsp red chili-1/2tbsp white cumin (baked) grind-1tsp onion-2 salt-as required Lemon-2 Egg beaten-2 Bread crumbs-1 pck garlic cloves-2 oil-as required Method Take a frying pan put oil with garlic, golden brown it. Now put peas, broad beans, cauliflower, carrot n cook it for a while n chopped it in a chopper. After that take mashed potatoes and add that chopped mixture,  onion, green chili, coriander, mint leaves, mustard seeds, red chili, black pepper, lemon mix it well. Now give them a shape of a circle, dip it in beaten eggs n fry if until they become golden brown.

Fruit Chat

Ingredients Banana -2 Melon -1 Plum -1 Sugar -1 cup Lemon -3 Apple -2 Pomegranate -2 Grapes (Big one)-20 Water -1 cup Chat Masala -1tsp White Pepper (Ground)-1/2 tsp Method Take a stainless steel bowl, Put sugar, water and prepared sugar syrup. Cut all the fruits in cubes. When sugar syrup gets cold then add 1 lemon syrup After that Put lemon in all the fruits and spread sugar in it. Because of fruits cant get black in color. Now add all the fruits in sugar syrup, put this bowl in fridge. When you are going to serve it then spread white pepper and chat masala.

Corn Soup

Ingredients Corn -1 tin Corn flour -1tbsp (take warm water dissolve cornflour in it) Black Pepper (Ground)-1tsp Sugar -1tsp Butter -1tbsp Fresh Cream -1tbsp Water -1 glass Salt - As required Method Take corn add some water and blend it. Cook it for 5 minutes, now add cornflour dissolve water. After that add salt, sugar, black pepper and cook it for 5 minutes. When you want to serve, serve it with butter or cream.

Fish and Potato recipe

Ingredients Fish -half kg Garlic -50 grams Yogurt -125 grams White cumin -some Potato -125 grams Salt and red pepper -to taste Ghee -125 grams Dried coriander -some Method Fry the fish. Fry half boiled potatoes. Then fry ghee with coriander and cumin seed. Add salt and red pepper in fish and then add ghee in it and add water to tender it. When it is tender and cooked then serve.

Boti Kabab

Ingredients Beef boti -1 kg Red Pepper Powder -1 tbsp White Cumin (bhunna hua pissa hua)-1 tsp Lemon -3 Oil -1/2 cup Yogurt -1/2 cup Ginger/Garlic Paste -1 tbsp Papaya (kacha papita)-2 tbsp with skin Salt -to taste Method Wash the met and add yogurt, salt, red pepper, payaya, ginger/garlic paste, cumin, lemon syrup and marinate it. Leave it for 1 hour. After 1 hour take seekh put boti in it and cook it.
