Here's a classic fruit cake recipe for you

  Ingredients: 2 cups mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, currants, chopped dates, candied cherries, and candied citrus peel) 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 4 large eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup rum or brandy (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Additional dried fruits for decorating (optional) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Ingredients Rice-3 cup (soak in water for 20 minutes) Curry Leave (kari patta)-1 bunch (chopped) White cumin-1 tsp Crushed black Pepper-1 tsp Green Chili-4 Chopped Coriander-1/2 Bunch chopped Mint-1 bunch Chopped Butter-1 tsp Oil-1 cup Salt-To taste Method First of all take a cooking bowl heat up oil in it. After that put curry leaves, mint, coriander, green chili, cumin, black pepper and cook it well. Now add 3 cup water. When water starts boiled then add rice salt and cover the bowl. Remember that dun use so much water in rice. When you cook rice just remember that Rice should be one inch above the water. when water gets evaporate then cook it over slow flame. In the end add butter in it.

1. Soak 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in water overnight. In the morning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with Shikakai or mild shampoo. 2. Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 teacups of water. After cooling and filtering use for rinsing hair Dehydration due to diarrhoea Soak half a nutmeg (jaiphal) in 2 cups water for over 2-3 hours. Take 1 teaspoon of this infusion and mix in 1 cup fresh coconut water. 3. Drink twice or thrice a day.

Serve for 4 members Ingredients Mutton -225 gram (Boneless) Yogurt -1/2 cup Onion (chopped)-2 Ginger paste -1tsp Garlic paste -1tsp Black pepper (Ground)-1tsp Garam Masala powder -1tsp Kari Leaf (kari patta)-4 Green Chili -10 to 12 Red Chili (whole)-10 to 12 Coriander -little bit Lemon -1 Water -1 1/2 cup Oil -3 tbsp Salt- As required Method Take a cooking bowl put oil with onion and cook it until onion become golden in color. After that add mutton, ginger, garlic, salt, 2 cups of water and cook it over slow flame. When mutton gets soft then add yogurt. Now take frying pan stir fry green chili and red chili. Add it into mutton gravy. Add black pepper, garam masala, corinader, lemon, Now leave it for 5 to 10 minutes over a slow flame. Delicious Mirch Gosht is ready to eat.
